Cut it up and mix it with low-fat mac and cheese and/or those Lipton pasta pouches. Good stuff.

...there are a billion other things you can do with chicken.

cooking it in italian dressing is good on a skillet, i like to melt cheese on top of my chicken, or use spaghetti sauce and cheese and make chicken parmesian....sometimes i dip it in ranch dressing...possibilities are endless with chicken :)

    you buying from butcher's block?

i buy mine fresh frozen from costco...6.5lbs for 13.99

i grill them on the george foreman

throw a slice of ff cheese on it

    spice it up with tabasco

    voila.

otherwise, i'll just eat it with some veggies. tastes good to me.

I put just put some basil, garlic, pepper, and a sprinkle of salt and sometimes a cajun seasoning on it. It tastes amazing.

What is the healthiest way to eat chicken breast? It seems I pick the tastiest (fattest) ways to cook anything. I guess jsu alone on the Foreman would be good?

Definately grilled like on the george foreman, or boiled. Just never fried.

why? for me george foreman > boiling chicken breasts

why? boiling dries it out. boiling takes FOREVER.

grilling it on the GF grill it comes out juicy and really tasty..

for me, it always comes out uncooked on the inside and hard as a rock on the outside, burnt almost

do you put the frozen chicken on it or do you let it get room temp then cook it?

Should be completely thawed for best results on the foreman grill.

Interested in how people marinate chicken breasts and what they use...

My Foreman grill always seems to leave the inside uncooked also, while burning the outside. No temperature control sucks.

So now I panfry my chicken breasts on low heat in a small amount of olive oil. Turns out great, imo.

I've been putting Lowry's seasoned salt, but today I put some shredded cheese on chicken, it was badass

I normally slice it up and fry it in olive oil, or brown it then put some water in the pan.
    Season to taste.

lol, i put frozen on it...

    then it turns off automatically

then i cut it in half, and it's not fully cooked so i throw the 2 pieces back on, then it turns off auto again and it's done

Mine does that also, if I don't watch it. I generally will stand by and check it every few minutes. I found fliping it 1/2 way through helps with the rock outside and cooking the inside

I defrost my chicken before Foremanning it.

A couple of my favorite chicken breast recipes:

    1) Add sesame oil (just a bit), hoisin sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, and a bit of lemon juice
    2) lemon pepper, lemon juice, and a bit of salt
