what can I do to make my ass tight?

    feels like I'm not working out my ass compared to other body parts. what can I do to work my ass? squats?

    Squats, glute ham raises, SLDL's, lunges, pullthroughs, will all work the glutes.

    not sure if you're serious but i have heard a similar thing w/ abs... just tighten them and hold for like 30 seconds and do about five or six and supposidely it strengthens your abs

    even 45 degree hyperextension will work great... maybe do'em towards the end of your leg's workout... if it's too easy, then hold weights... most people do'em for their lower backs... but if you "clinch" hard on your glutes... you'll hit'em too...

    wouldnt the deadlift be more effective on the ass than squats?

    When you squat, go allllllllllllll the way down. Ass to grass works the glutes pretty well.

    squats... I don't do lunges, I started deadlifting last year, I've always squatted... and trust me, my ass is tight :o
