what can i do to get the "ball" on my delts?

    genetics, big shoulders, and train heavy

    you're not gonna have boulder of shoulders weighing 180 lbs. You can't "target" that area, just hit all 3 heads, heavy presses and raises

    Low bodyfat.

    Seriously - it makes your delts much more define and helps them to appear rounder.

    (You obviously need the muscle to back it up though.. skinny guy at 10% wont have boulder shoulders)

    I think Chris is closer to 200 and he's fairly short. Timber doesn't count.

    your definition of big maybe different then his or others, nothing 180 is big.


    As for the delts being capped or balls as you say

    press, side lateral, rear lateral, shrugs...thats your shoulder routine...nothing special. Presses and sides will net the most results for the capped delt but train them completely

    let me stay? I didnt want to be a mod anymore, and i didnt want the purevl acct either. I bought a whole new sub so it wasnt assoc to the mod acct. No other reasoning really. Now i dont need to use my delete or backspace key when i want to say something...i can also leave whenever i feel like it and not come here to mod. No real drama, sorry guys. I left purevl and the mod shit, no biggie. Oh and BDR will be back, i pm'd him already. I didnt go into detail of my quitting because i thought it would be less drama, i guess not :rofl:
