MMA what books have you guys read?

    to supplement your training? ie add new ideas, training methods, workouts, etc. ive read a few, of course the Tao of JKD and some other random stuff, interested in what you guys have read

    The books are alright, especially to learn new moves but as my old instructor told me... the timing can only be learned through practice, practice, and practice.

    of course im not looking for a substitute for an actual teacher just as a suplement

    I picked this book up recently, I like it. Helped me a lot with sweeps.
