Whether it be confidence, motivation and discipline that has helped you in the workplace, athletics, help with recovering from an illness, getting a role in a tv show because you're cut up like a bitch , landing you a job (training wise or other), or a better quality of life in general. My confidence has definitely improved and I'm a lot more active than I was before. I have goals to work towards rather than just going home and playing video games like I used to. I eat much more healthy now and feel better than I ever have. I believe it has helped me with discipline in school as well. Ever since I started working out, I've found I have a lot more motivation and dedication towards my schooling. What about you?
