Whether it be confidence, motivation and discipline that has helped you in the workplace, athletics, help with recovering from an illness, getting a role in a tv show because you're cut up like a bitch , landing you a job (training wise or other), or a better quality of life in general.

My confidence has definitely improved and I'm a lot more active than I was before. I have goals to work towards rather than just going home and playing video games like I used to. I eat much more healthy now and feel better than I ever have. I believe it has helped me with discipline in school as well. Ever since I started working out, I've found I have a lot more motivation and dedication towards my schooling.

    What about you?

i hope you're right. if i think it's already helped me a great deal just by the things i've noticed, i can't imagine how much it's actually helping me in life with things i don't think of.

I have much more confidence in all situations. I am eating healthier as well, however my diet was never bad... All in all I have never felt better than I do now, and the feeling seems to improve on a constant basis.

everything you listed pretty much, and small things...like yes while going to my hockey game last night at the start of the season I remember my bag would hurt my shoulder by the time I walked from teh car to the dressing room or vice versa cause of all the gear

just happened that last night after the game walking back to the car, I stayed and chatted with some boys after the game and didn't put my bag down...by the time I got to the car it still didn't bother me...and I realized it felt REAL light
I went back and checked...nope didn't forget any gear

so feels good to be stronger overall :o

I am able to take my shirt off w/o being embarassed. I still am somewhat self conscious, but not as much.

I'm an arrogant asshole now, and it has significantly reduced my clothing expenditures in the summer months, as I now find myself constantly not wearing a shirt.

So basically my ego and wallet have benefitted. :mamoru:

On a serious note, I would honestly say my confidence and discipline have improved immensely

When I get done fucking and I go to the bathroom to clean up and my whole upper body is all pumped and flush and I look fucking good. Then I go back into the room with my slut and givehera front lat spread and "try" and put my shirt on.

confidence is one big thing, i've been more outgoing because of my training, i've been in the best shape i've ever been in my life and people have noticed the changes in my personality. Discipline has also been improved, to get what you want you have to work hard at it and discipline is the way to achieve that. my motivation is my confidence, especially when it comes to the ladies...i've been fucked over so many times by different girls it's awful to even think about...now i am not vulnerable to any of that pain, i think i've changed alot of my ways for the better. Training has just done so much for me besides being in shape

I haven't been sick with GERD in quite a while :bigthumb:

I've always had a good self esteem so that hasn't really changed.

I've always been pretty confident and didn't give much of a shit what people thought I looked like.

I'm getting more looks I guess (at least when I'm paying attention.. most times I'm not) which kind of bothers me a tiny bit, but I just don't like people staring at me in general without at least saying hi or some shit.

I'm certainly more aware of what I eat, how and when...etc.

Workwise, I've made HR include some damn fruits and veggies with the monthly b-day cake celebrations as well as all these baby showers that have been going on..
Seems like some people who work around me are starting to mimic when I eat fruits/veggies through the day.

My name is in 2 of the Houston half marathon books for the past 2yrs and for a 20k last year :big grin:

the main benefit to my lifting is I can clog just about any toilet in California with the enormous kielbasa sized dumps I excrete.

Working out and bulking has forced me to buy new clothes. I used to just wear the same old heavy metal t-shirts I bought in the early 90s and jeans but now I have to keep on buying bigger clothes. If not for working out I'd still be wearing all my old out of style and falling apart clothes.
