Personally for me, its keeping my carbs low, especially when trying to consume more than 2000 calories.

Tried to lowcarb it last week (under 50g per day) and ended up blowing my diet for like 5 days straight. By night everytime, I'd always end up bingeing.
    Weakminded.:hs:

Keeping my carbs 100-150g per day when eating 2500 calories is fairly easy.

I'm a sucker for pasta....it's hard to not pick some up when they have it at the cafeteria. I just started this EC stack and it does a great job of surpressing my appetite, so I find it alot easier to not pick up the bad shit now.

Well... I really don't care about eating 'clean' actually.
In the last few days I've kept my calories at 2500 but eaten a junior double whopper everyday and this morning a Big Crunch sandwich from KFC as well. The junior double whopper is dinner.

Being around mates who don't understand that you're taking a cut seriously.

Otherwise, it's having to rush somewhere that does me in - I enjoy cooking but if I'm in a rush and have to grab something and go, the day's calories go flying out of the window. If I have a little longer just to cook something properly, eat the meal and digest it properly, I use far fewer calories, have a 'clean'er meal and I'm less likely to be hungry later on.

Eating on the run blows. :(

Yeah but you still have to compensate for it in other ways. I had an Ultimate Cheeseburger value meal from Jack before bed yesterday (this morning). I felt guilty.:hsd: But I did have a diet Coke, lol.

Dunno. If anything, I should be "cutting" but I don't know my maintenance. I can do cardio but it's hard for me to lift due to very limited access to school gym, not enough cash for home gym, and no car. :wtc: Thus, I just try to eat more sensibly and do what I can at school, but just that alone has helped. Despite what little has been accomplished, I feel healthier and stronger, so that's a plus in and of itself, and my flexibility is improving little by little. Baby steps. :wiggle:
