Personally for me, its keeping my carbs low, especially when trying to consume more than 2000 calories. Tried to lowcarb it last week (under 50g per day) and ended up blowing my diet for like 5 days straight. By night everytime, I'd always end up bingeing. Weakminded. Keeping my carbs 100-150g per day when eating 2500 calories is fairly easy.
