I'm still very new to bulking, i've always had a problem with being skinny as hell no matter what I ate or did. I started a month ago with a simple routine, 6 days a week at the gym, 3 or 4 protein shakes a day, multivit.

After a month, I definately notice a difference in shape and tone, but my weight has stayed exactly the same (5'10" 133 :hs:). Would adding something like this http://www.1fast400.com/?products_id=377 to my daily routine help me pack on some pounds along with my normal diet? Either just three half-servings of that a day or half-protein/half-weightgain mix 3 times a day?

Has anyone here had any good experiences with it?

    Thanks

60% of the people are overweight and 30% are obese and they got there without weight gainers. Stick to food and if you have a little girly appetite, blend anything so that you can drink it.

I wouldn't use that personally. That shit has a TON of carbs, and not much protein. A lot of people simply add an extra protein shake or two daily when they start a bulking cycle, I'd do that before taking something like what you linked. Whole foods are obviously best though.

Yeah, I eat as often as I possibly can fit food in my stomach (usually 5 or 6 meals a day), and have been for the last 4 weeks. I just don't know how to add more cals into my daily intake :dunno:

It has a ton of carbs and not much protein, would it work well to mix it and protein into a single shake of half-and-half?

Yes, aside from adding in 3 shakes a day I started eating healthier stuff (less fast food, less sugar, no more soda) and eating it more often.

Lol, FOOD. If not food then add a couple shakes in daily, use whey, oats and some natural PB with some milk, that could add 3-500 (or more if you went nuts) calories per shake to your diet, depending on how you made it.

Cals in > cals out. It's the same for everyone.

Have you eaten like that for some time now ? That's about 1500 cals over my maintenance level, that means I'd put on almost a pound of fat every 2 days.

Its the first time ive used fitday so I can't say for sure how my previous days have been, but they are high cal high protein. Ill keep on using fitday and try to maintain a stable but healthy bulk :dunno:

Edit: I put 2 potatoes, should have been 1. New totals are:

    Cals: 3801
    Carbs: 525
    Protein: 253
    Fat: 133

I'm pretty positive that you can aim at "only" 3500 cals every day and wait 1-2 weeks until you can see how you progress. It's pretty hard to see what you can work out when you don't track what you do/eat.

I was 5'10 130 last September. I am now 180lbs. I used both weight gainer and ate TONS of food all the time (Soon your stomach will expand and you won't be able to go 2 hours without eating somethin). I also used creatine later on that gained me some good weight/mass.

Keep up the work because I used to be skinny all the time but I finally did it; don't blame it on your metabolism because I used that same exact excuse my entire life.
