    that's all that calorie free shit right? I can't imagine eating anything with that much splenda in it...plus calorie free is some black hole dark matter bullshit

    :dunno: i use it sparingly on foods when cutting. Spicy BBQ sauce is bearable, regular BBQ sauce doesn't really taste like BBQ sauce but is something that can add flavor w/o calories. Same with ketsup, more like hot sauce but its alright. Chocolate syrup and Pancake syrup ftw though. Pancake syrup + protein pancakes FTW. I would also make protein brownies and add some choc syrup on it. Some salad dressings are good too, specifically their balsamic
