What are your thoughts on my leg routine?

    -5 min cardio on treadmill
    SQUATS
    -2x10 bar only (warmup)
    -95lbs 2x12
    -110lbs 1x10
    -120lbs 1x8
    -130lbs 1x6

    LUNGES
    -95lbs 2x12
    -110lbs 1x10
    -120lbs 1x8
    -130lbs 1x6

    DEADLIFT
    -95lbs 2x12
    -110lbs 1x10
    -120lbs 1x8
    -130lbs 1x6

    I know, the weights may seem fucking light for you broly fuckers, but Im a lightweight.:)

    lower the reps, especially on DL

    doing as much weight on lunges as you do on squats/deadlifts :wtf:

    Do 5x5 or 3x6-8 on squats and deadlifts are primarily a back workout.

    No crap.

    If you can lunge as much as you can squat/dead, you need to bump the weights up on the s/d and see if you can actually finish it.

    I squat considereably more than you do, but when I do lunges I use no added weight and they still fuck my shit up.

    Add leg extensions, leg curls, and some calf exercises.:dunno:

    It's almost impossible for me to complete it. So should I lower the reps?

    height/weight?

    IMO if you are lunging what you are squating. either you are doing one of them wrong.. or you arent pushing yourself.

    Needs more heavy squat.

    Need to move DL to another day.


    Try focusing on your quads in one session, and hamstrings in another.
