Whether it be a certain exercise, muscle group, or even a joint...post it up and what you're doing to fix it.

    I've got a few...

    - Right wrist has been hurting a little when I bench lately. I haven't really done anything and it seems to be getting better, so I'll continue doing nothing.

    - Left shoulder has been giving me shit when I bench too. I'm going to tuck my elbows more and see if that helps.

    - Bench press/incline press are plateauing a bit. I'm either going to start doing bench first (I do incline first right now) or switch to DB's for a while. (recommendations?)

    - My quads and hamstrings are weak as fuck because I hurt my right knee a few months ago and I had to stop doing leg work for about a month. My leg strength (lack of actually) has been limiting my deadlifts as well as annoying me. I'm going to change my squats from 4 sets of pyramiding reps to 5x5 to get the strength in my legs up.

Have a stupid muscle in my back that won't heal up right. It feel like it goes from the base of my skull down to my right shoulder blade. I'm just taking it easy on it and not lifting heavy.

Tendinosus in my left shoulder. I'm stopping all exercises that use my shoulders for a couple months so, no back, chest, or delts.

Xela, get new, properly fitted, shoes. I used to have the same problem back when I ran if my shoes weren't properly fitted and in good condition.

My elbows and shoulders bother me, they are old wrestling injuries that I guess never healed right so I have to ice my elbows before each workout or the hurt like hell.

    Triceps. They're almost non-existent. :wtc:
Only one way to fix them, I guess.

Yes, I am well aware. I just haven't had the $100 to go and get a new pair.

Consistent left ankle soreness. Haven't run since June, I kinda blew out too fast in a race and really kicked my ankle over into what seems to be full blown achilles tendinitis.

I already do! It's just slow in South Florida in the summer...I'm waiting for the snowbirds to come back down.

Left hip is killing me at 3 miles 5x a week running. I've been alternating heat and cold therapy, soaking in a hot bath, and increased the amount of flax oil I'm taking in. The heat seems to be helping some, and hopefully the oil will kick in soon.:hs:

Go for fish oil instead of flax oil. Are you taking glucosamine/chondroitin? They always seemed to do me well with running.

Also stretching. Go to www.coolrunning.com and look at their injury section under training.

Thanks! Fish instead, huh? I could try that. I always heard that G/C is a hit or miss type thing, with the ingredients being unpredictable/inconsistent. Do you have a favorite brand?

It's my left hip that hurts too. I just figured its because my legs are two different lengths.
