    I've just been wondering.
    So I'll start. i hardly ever do 1RMs so i'll post my 5RMs.
    Bench:185
    Squat:175
    DL:185
    5'7"
    143lbs

    I find this so odd :dunno:

    My max deadlift is probably close to 300lb, maybe slightly over it. So ~120lb greater than yours.

    But i would probably have a lot of trouble throwing up 185lb on bench.

    Bad knees and ankles keep me from maxing out on anything else. That'll teach me to run for 4 years.

    im sort of in the same boat as you, i can DL well, but my bench isnt so great. i guess genetics? or people concentrate on certain areas more?

    Go see a doctor. I ran for 9 years (4 of which I did stupidly in the army while carrying equipment like a flack vest, rucksack, in combat boots, or carrying my M-16) and have zero problems with knees and ankles.

    It's more of a mental thing than a physical. I'm too scared of tearing my knee again that I can't really concentrate on the weights I'd like to. It's just a matter of raising the weights every other day until I get over it, I guess. :dunno:
