Just curious what people are training for. Looking to get bigger? Faster? Stronger? I'll start... By Dec 9th - 220lbs or less (no water manipulation) to lift in the 220s at my next meet. I am aiming for 500 squat/310-320 bench/500+ Deadlift By March - 198lbs or less (no water manipulation) to lift in the 198s at PA States 07. Would like to lift the as much or more than I do in December. Currently - ~230lbs 468.5lb squat(as of 10/28), 303 bench (as of 10/28), 485 dead (as of last may.. missed 500 on 10/28). Non powerlifting goals - be able to run... seriously. I have pain issues due to some sort of muscle strength imbalence/weird gate and running for over a mile is very hard due to the pain.
