Keep on lifting and going to bjj and try to keep my minimal gains up.

I'd like to get my blue belt in bjj.
I'd like to take a few weeks off to try and let a bunch of little naggy injuries heal up.

I stopped doing cardio, started a 5x5 program, and started eating like Rosie O'Donnel. Was 175lbs, goal is 200 in 5 months. Been putting on about a pound a week, so I'm on track so far.

I was hoping to deadlift 350 on my birthday (Nov 20th), I'm at 275 x4 now ... not sure it will happen. Other then that I don't want to blow up and become a fatass come Jan 1st.
