Any reasons why your bench is so unproportional to your other lifts?
no ones has changed in the 2 weeks since this was last posted.

well you dont have a sub so you couldn't search. this shit comes more often than "I need to lose 5lbs wud du I du!!!!"

345 was a triple, so I dunno what my max is. Squat is up at least 40 and deadlift is up 50 from the last thread. Pretty sure that bench hasn't budged
I almost posted mine but they are so pathetic compared to everyone else that I didn't.
No straps, belt, etc. I hit that shit raw, bitches. A 1500+ total is what I'm aiming for atm.

330/515/520 or so, i dont really remember if those are the squat or dead maxes, but i did those this month
damn my dead sucks compared to u guys
bench 335, dead 495, squat = only box squats @ 425x4
^how come no basic squats?
cause they suck box squats are nire diffucult
im drunk and i still type better than that. fucking lightweight.
