    My general ab workout is just weight decline twist situps. If I'm ambitious I'll do landmines maybe once a week, but I don't feel that they're neccesary.

    take the barbell, place it in the corner. stack a 25 or two on it and load it up with a plate.

    landmines as far as i now are just the first exercise, he does a ton of shit after them that i dont do.

    Just the first one. The rest are just variations of it. Easiest way to do it is just push one end of your barbell back into a corner. Otherwise you'll need a friend to hold it down.
