When you have your shoulder blades on the bench, feet on the ground so that your legs are parellel to the ground and you hold a barbell like if you were doing tri-extension but you move it from your chest to the back of your head and repeat? And what is the correct form in doing those?

I'm pretty sure that's what you're talking about. It's for lats.
Lay on bench hold out barbell over chest just like bench press, lower bar back behind head amost parallel to your body with arms extended. Return the chest.

In that case Carnifex is right, they are skullcrushers. Which work the triceps.
Hold in out above your forehead, lower just short of crushing your skull, return.

    So dumbbell pullover.

I take my feet off the ground and elevate them when doing these.

:ugh2: your point? Basically everything we mention about exercises is considered a repost, seeing as I am sure it has been discussed elsewhere...

we dont need to worry about whether or not something is reposted, considering there are new people quite frequently, we should be helping the new people because we're the knowledgable ones, not the newbs.

It can either work chest or lats, depending on how you do it.
