i'm getting noticeably larger since i've started working out/eating right, but it's just broader shoulders, a better chest, and larger biceps

my forearms and the back of my arm still looks so scrawny, even though i've done a few exercises to work them out

i know it's hard to get triceps larger, but aren't there other muscles around there as well, and what do i do to get them bigger?

You have to do curls for 35 sets every other day to make the qaudribis grow. And then do bench press on the other days. DO NOT do fucking squats or legs, as it inhibits the muscle growth in your quadribis and then you'll train them for nothing.

    teh pecrhombiqueceps

the best way to work them is hold some 2.5-5lb weights above your head and run around the gym flailing your arms around. Do 3 sets of 15 seconds. make sure you scream while doing it... it helps the flow of oxygen. Couple weeks you'll be toned as fuck

Don't listen to these assholes...You should have made it clear before that you were looking to work the inner arm one. That's teh pectrarhobimab. If you play and kind of sports it's really important that you work that one.
