i've done a bit of asking around & online research. I was interested in taking it to speed up the process of gaining lean muscle mass.

but it appears that it's not going to be very beneficial at my age (24).

other than that... does anyone have any knowledge to share on HGH?

Igf-1 may be more what your looking for, but if that didnt occur to you after your research, hehe, then I dont think you did enough research.

i really dont feel that i've done enough research... i never feel that i can know enough.

so, IGF-1, Insulin-Like growth factor. is this stuff really going to make a difference & are there any negative side-effects?

Meh, well, lets go back to the basics, do you have a supply of CEE and protein powder? Igf has a load of side effects, the golden rule of anabolic agents is, the higher the gains the stronger the side effects are, there is no golden drug that gives you big gains without any sides.

i've been taking creatine monohydrate, but i've noticed quite a few people on here have been takin CEE. i didnt think that it made that much of a difference.

and yeah, I've been on a whey protein powder for about 6 weeks now.

That shit on bodybuilding.com is not human growth hormone, and getting your hands on pharmaceutical grade shit in the right dosages is gonna be hard for you and very expensive, so put that out of your mind.

If you want to take hgh you won't notice shit for a LONG time. Its best stacked with other AAS and I'm not going to go into that because you don't know or have any clue how hgh will helpyou.

HGH is good. It will make your body rejuvinated, you will look and feel better, become leaner, gain more muscle mass - but like everyone said, it takes a long time to notice effects, and some people notice them more than others.

0 side effects when taken properly.

and yeah, you don't need it until you get a little older and more training experience.

You must not be aware of having numb hands for weeks on end or being able to fall asleep all hours of the day.

never heard of falling asleep all hours of the day, forgot about numb fingers, hands, feet, toes.. but that's not really a huge side effect

So when you're in class and trying to take notes and can't use your hands its not a huge side effect?
