olympic lifts are good im guessing. What else?
WTF constitutes an athlete?
You'll need to be FAR more specific.
Yeah I dont think swimmers need to lift exactly like an offensive lineman would.
sorry, basketball and football
I play in an organized b-ball league, football just casually
cleans, squats, snatches, deadlifts, presses, agilities, box jumps, etc
ive been trying to work in some stuff like this lately, somebody recommended clap push ups as well. thinking about getting a medicine ball.
Would never hurt.
compound movements, full body
explosive movments. compound movements.
all above are good but you should borrow maines sled and do sprints with him on it
clap push ups
athletes, not wsm
I think this also depends on the level of the athlete, if you are not verry strong or athletic to begin with you may be better off sticking to things like squats and deadlifts, and building some mass.
And if uncertain on how to perform the olympic lifts, could just do the push press, squats, and lighter dl's somewhat explosively, or as in dynamic effort days.
timber, whats up with the lats on your right side, as compared to the left? too many one(right)-handed pullups? or is it just the picture?
holy fucking shit, F&N is hilarious sometimes
