And for,like,light weight lifting. there is whey,creatine,and flax seed oil, but is all that good for weight loss or just gaining muscle? my goal is to lose weight, i am 6'1 192 right now and my goal is 145. in the past 7 yrs i went from 135 to 180 to 145 and then 195. i havent been eating a lot the last few days and i lost 3 pounds. I heard about Lipovarin , is that good? lol well i know this is all kinda a stupid question, but just wondering.
