I'm looking to reduce my carb intake and trying to keep carbs out of my dinners (or VERY few carbs in necessary). so what are some quick meals i could prepare for dinner? aside from chicken breasts, tuna, protein shakes etc. :x:

A steak... most meats. Eggs... ummmm turkey. I love ground turkey.

And with the exception of corn and potatoes, most veggies are fairly low carb.

Basically, just eat a normal dinner and leave out the breads and dessert.

    Chicken/Steak/Fish and green veggies

Yeah veggies have carbs but it's foolish not to eat them -- even if you're on a 0 carb diet (which for all intents and purposes is not a great lifestyle diet)

Just fucking eat them. Nutrient content between frozen and fresh is minuscule, if any.
