What are some good meal idea's for work?

    It's difficult for me to eat between breakfast, lunch and dinner.

    I need some good idea's that I can keep at my desk for these meals.

    Just curious to hear what others are doing.

    protein powder + shaker bottle
    almonds
    mac nuts
    fruit leather (if i want something sweet)

    I would take a 2-3 scoop protein shake and put it in the fridge along with a turkey sandwich and a PB&J. Breakfast @ 6am, protein shake @ 9am, turkey sandwich @ 12pm, PB&J @ 3pm, gym @ 4:30pm, then another meal @ 6pm and 9pm.

    :werd: almonds, protein powder in a shaker, kashi makes some unrefined wheat/oat bars :dunno:. Or get a well insulated lunch box and your options are limitless.

    That and an ice pack. I'm always walking to to breakroom to use the microwave.
