I am trying to get in the habit of eating more healthy, and breakfast is killing me. I hardly ever have time to make anything, so I am forced to hit up a drivethru on the way to work, I know, I know :nono:

what are some quick/easy things I can make in the morning that will fill me up, and taste decent, but are also good for you to promote loosing weight?

French toast is quick and easy. Soft/hard boiled eggs with toast are too. Oatmeal doesn't take that long. Come to think of it it takes me longer to eat what ever it is that I make ...

when I do make stuff, I usually quick fry some eggs, and make egg sandwiches, with toast or PB toast.

is a pan fried egg, using pam as the non stick/not butter bad for you? what makes it bad, since you aren't putting grease into it?

homemade meal replacement shake is my favorite and it's cheap (PB, whey, milk, shaker cup). Takes just a minute to throw everything together, you can get it to come out with a good macro, and tastes good. Because of the PB it leaves me feeling full when I'm hungry too. Drinking whey and milk alone never makes a difference in my appetite.

granola + no fat yogurt (greek yogurt=high protein) , mix some whey in = success
    add cashews for orgasmic taste

can substitute evaporated no fat milk with whey too, adding dried fruits in the mix

i suggest for many of you sediitary position jobs to go for a walk or some light exercise that doesnt make you sweat in the morning and hour before lunch, this has helped control my appetite
and burned off excess calories from breakfast. i also do this after lunch. about 2 hours after
