Here is mine, probably cuts a bit too much, but I'm learning about foods and stuff now, so..

    Breakfast:
    Yohimbine HCL (10mg) + Caff 200mg
    Wait 2 hours to settle
Follow up with a 98% lean Turkey bacon (1 slice) (cooked first), tomato, and fat free american cheese melted together in a Kangaroo brand wheat pita pocket (microwave 20 seconds), 200mg caffeine + 25mg ephedrine HCL -- One more note on the pita pockets, they are an EXCELLENT way to control your portions if you are dieting. You can only fit so much inside of one, don't add things like potato chips, just eat the pita and filling.

    Snack - 4oz 98% lean beef jerky

Lunch - Tuna salad Pita pocket on same pita as above, be sure you are only using half of a pita pocket, the tuna is bumble bee albacore, 1 tbsp of fat free kraft mayo, teaspoon of relish, one egg white, celery, and a dab of yellow mustard together. another 200mg caffeine + 25mg ephedrine HCL

    Snack - protein shake

Dinner - George Foreman 'The bachelor utensil' cooked skinless chicken breast, with about a cup of broccili steamed, maybe sometimes throw some permesan cheese on the broccili

Bedtime - Dreamworks GABA... man, this stuff reaaaallly gives you a good night sleep after the caffiene and ephedrine all day.

I'm probably cutting some corners here, like I said, I'm new, but this is what I do.. I've been on this for 3 weeks, lost 14lbs from 178 to 164.

Oh, and of course moderate cardio and lifting on rotating days.

By the way, this is only a 1000-1200 calorie diet, so make sure if you are working out hard, you eat at the appropriate times and maybe up the calorie content a bit.

GABA is a supplement that has very strong opinions either way. Some people think it doesn't work. Check out betterbodz.com and type the product in, it has info about what it is. I think it works great, and its reasonably priced. Gives me the most amazing dreams...
