What Are Some Good Cutting Meals?

    Lots of bulkers in here, how about the people who are cutting? What do you guys eat?

    boneless/skinless chicken w/ hot sauce
    tuna
    beef jerky
    oats

    small salad is usually good for me... but i know nothing about cutting

    handful of lettuce, a few cherry tomatoes, and a can of tuna with vinegrette dressing :dunno:

    I usually eat 4 mach 3's and some shaving gel. No salt because you don't want to have sodium.

    For cutting i stay with white meats and veggies.

    nah... that was just an example of a cutting meal... should i actually be eating MORE if i'm cutting? :confused:
