    I will begin working on a six-pack at some point. What are the most effective exercises for building and defining your abs?

    weighted situps and low bodyfat = good abs

    weighted leg raises

    when i took speed agility and strength training we did a lot of medicine ball stuff like do wall sits and pass the ball down the line by turning with ur abs

    those are good too. The worst is doing those while sitting on a bench with chains on your legs. It hurts :(

    squats is excellent. doing a squat frigen works the core more then most people think.

    I do weighted decline situps and hanging straight leg raises. I can feel my abs very well under my fat. I can't wait to start cutting in a couple / few months.
