If you want a 700hp Z....look elseware cause it aint gonna happen...

Most with engine mods I have seen is 290 at the wheels.....forced induction has netted around 475 at the wheels....that would be about 540 at the crank, I dont see it changing unless the engine is built bottem up...:wtc:

Those are the only 350Z specific sites I like, I wouldn't focus on 700hp from the 350 just yet.. probly gonna take a year or two more to squeeze every once of power out of that engine.

it pretty much pushes most it can from the factory which means nissan did a real nice job of getting it right......

but yeah the highest youll reach is < 500 without building it up.

Just go buy a Camaro if you want a drag racer.

The last thing the 350Z needs is another highschool/college student who thinks he's Stephan Papadakis.

there's a stroker kit coming out that puts the displacement up to 4.3L. Apparently should be good for around 350-400 to the wheels na. Can also be ordered specifically for fi. Once people end up with that, then 700 hp z's wont be unheard of. There was the z with the vq30det in it that was something like 850 hp. Not the same engine but if a 3.5 was built up the same way it would be a monster
