What are some examples of standing ab exercises?

    A controlled type of kick is the only one I could come up without weights.

    suitcase deadlifts (or you could do a unilateral farmer's walk if you want to keep the legs out of it)
    medicine ball throws
    full contact twists
    standing cable crunches
    windmills
    tornado ball

    Except for standing cable crunch most of these would be oblique work, aren't they? Thank you.

    Connect the rope attachment to the lat pull down. Face away from the pulley, pull the rope down over the back of your neck so that the ends of the rope are approx chest position. Hold tight and either do situps or crunches.

    Fantastic for the low back, I do them after every sq/dl workout.
