what are some alternatives to lunges

    bulgarian squats... could you just hold two DBs instead of having the weight on your shoulders?

    it looks like the dumbells would hit the ground before you reach your full ROM

    Did them this morning with just a 25lb dumbell for sets of 5...:bigthumb:

    Gonna start doing them regularly...damn sore already.
