I've had pretty good luck with www.allcustomcontent.com

Her prices are negotiable depending on how much you do.
I pay in the low 20's for a 600-800 word article but I have
50-100 done a month. I'm not sure how much she would
charge on a small or larger scale.

just to clarify by content delivery networks I mean a service which allows your website to store your images/videos, backs them up on a bunch of servers, and then delivers them based on the user's location.

i.e. if you are in cali, you'll get images sent from the Cali server and if you are in NY you'll get them sent from the NY server. The big ones, seem to be world wide, so if you are in China, you'll get them from China.

Basically allows you to scale much easier since you don't have to worry about harddrive space for all your media.
