Just curious to see how my chest stakes up with you guys. I dont look really big but I did 10 reps with 95lb dumbells a few days ago on chest press. Going to get the 100s today I can bench about 275 near max. 5'8 about 160. Ive gained 15 lbs in about a month and a half. Edit: 8 reps on 100s today. Then supersetted wide preses to incline to flies. Then I did some weighted dips. To skullcrushers. Some more tricep work and finished off superseting pulldowns and cable flies.
