I've been typing since I was 12 and I'm on the computer all day. My typing skills should be through the roof but it isn't because I was too lazy to learn the correct way to type so I've been doing it my own way for so long. But the way I do it is terrible and so I can only type at 50 wpm max. I want to get to 150 wpm. How long will it take me to do that and what is the best software to use?

Cheat. Use TextExpander and put it a shitton of acronyms for words you use most often for work/school etc...
