22 is definity cheaper. and it gets even cheaper when you get wolf. im not sure if wolf makes 22 ammo. but if they did its got to be redicously cheap

The Wolf .22LR is good stuff actually.

It's way more expensive than the WWB .22LR ammo that's around $8 for 500 rds at wal-mart. I think I paid $30 for 500 rounds of Wolf .22LR at a gun show.

i wish wolf made a cheap .22mag round. my first gun was a .22mag and i love it. very accurate and solid shooter. it's more of a hunting round than a plinking round, so it's not sold cheap in bulk.

Yup, The guy's who were at my range practicing for a match were using CCI sub-sonic to practice and Eley for the actual competition. I'm sure you could use Wolf to practice because the Eley ammo gets expensive.

You can get Blazer 9mm for $3.86/50 here and WWB for $9.99/100. The cheapest .22 mag I've seen lately was about $6.00/50, .22 mag has always been a whole lot more expensive than the super cheap .22LR
