What am I doing wrong?

    I know I need some serious help with my nutrition area and working out routine.

    I've spent a little research and have decided I need to buy some Whew Protein.

    I've been working out for about 6 months and have noticed a difference in my arms and a little in my chest. But the past 3 months I don't feel that my body has changed at all.

    After reading I KNOW my body is in starvation mode.

    Usually, I will have an apple for breakfast, nothing for lunch and big dinner. If I do get anything for lunch it is usually granola bars, or crackers. My dinner often contains pasta's or lots of cheese (Mexican).

    I drink mostly water and some times will have apple juice or something along those lines.

    I've been trying to bulk up my upper body because I'm so small (155lbs). So far the last 6 months it's basically been arms and chest. I started to move on last week and being a routine. Monday-Legs, Tues-Chest, Wed-Arms, Thur-Rball, Fri-shoulders/back.

    What should I do to get my body out of starvation mode? What types of foods should I be eating? What types of snacks are good?

    Why don`t you eat a lunch? How are you going to bulk up without eating lunch?

    What should I be eating for lunch? Should I brown bag it? If I can't what can I pick up during the lunch hour that is healthy?

    For instance what can I buy at Walmart that would be a good choice?

    Chicken, steak, pork, fish, sandwiches, hamburger, veggie burger, quesidilla, burrito, tacos, pasta, apples, oranges, potatoes, spinach, milk, cheese, protein bars, bananas, etc.

    I had an omlette Saturday morning, 2 corn dogs and chili cheese fries drunk at Weinerschnitzel Saturday night, then a chicken burrito on Sunday.


    And like 20 beers.


    I feel like ass, and I only weigh 140 lbs now :rofl: worst diet evar

    Apple for breakfast? wtf

    Have two breakfasts (oatmeal, egg whites) then eat an apple while cooking your next meal. Eat 5 meals today. Do it again tomorrow. Bump it up to 6, then 7.. Keep going. Push yourself to eat every 2 hours or less. Even if you aren't that hungry. You are going to think and feel like you aren't hungry, but that's because you won't be used to eating so much. Just fucking do it

    chicken,tuna,brown rice, sweet potatos (i eat them everytime i eat chicken), oatmeal, whey protein shakes, peanut butter, whole wheat pasta etc

    If you HAVE to eat out, I'd go with boston market or subway. You can also eat pizza, I wouldn't have a heartattack over shit that meniscule. Just don't eat it every week. I don't eat fast food so that's just a guess. Make your lunch the night before if you gotta work. If you can't eat enough at work, get a new job.

    I see your point of bulking up, but eating that much will cause massive weight gain (fat, not muscle), will it not?

    I had a Caesar Chicken Wrap for lunch (lettuce, Caesar dressing, chicken and a white tortilla). Obviously, I should go light on the dressing, but everything else seems to be healthy, correct?

    Tonight I'll spend 30 minutes doing legs (4 or 5 sets with 10-15 reps each), then move onto 3 sets of abs and 30 minutes of an elliptical machine (burns 300 cals). Is this good for today, do I need more cardio?

    4-5 sets of legs with 10-15 reps each...for each exercise? do 4 workouts, 3-4 sets/8-12 reps.

    and eat more.
