What Am I Doing Wrong!?!?!?

    I life weights every other day, i eat healthy (dont take in a lot of calories though, doubt that is it problem), i swim 4 days a week for about 1200 meters a day and yet I still have stomach fat. I cant seem to get rid of it! Im considering running the days I dont run. Would that help? Ive lost about 4 pounds but I cant get rid of the stomach fat. Should i run 1-2 miles or do the sprint/jog running method?

    how by running? im already swiming 1200 meters a day...how is that not enough?

    How long have you been doing this? What exactly are you eating? When do you eat each meal, and what do they consist of ie what is your timing of carbs, fats, protein, etc during the day? Are you getting the right nutrition after your workouts? You may not be taking in the ideal amount of calories to lose weight. This amount of calories depends on your height, weight, lean body mass, activity level, etc.

    people post up progress pics on here ALL the damn time and when people ask about their diet it looks like crap. lots of "taco bell spicy chicken whatevers", "pasta", etc...

    THAT is what is mainly confusing.

    i don't even eat taco bell and i still gots fat on my belly. :wtc:
