Should i just stick to protein shakes or add creatine to my diet?
What creatine would you suggest?
Yeah, add creatine if you like.
I didn't notice that much from it, but if it's cheap, calorie-free and helps your performance, I don't see harm in it.
I would say, get whatever is cheapest - as long as it's 100% creatine monohydrate, it's fine. Don't get the crap loaded with sugar for twice the price.
Take 5g once a day, every day with 20-30g glucose.

sorry to bump an old thread, but i'm going to start adding this to my stack. i've heard to load 30grams everyday of this for a week, and then 5-10grams for the next 4-6 weeks, then reload and repeat. is this a good idea, or is it overconsuming?

i have heard it's just a marketing tool -- the loading phase that is
a) A waste of money
b) Bad for you

Sorry for the newb question. WTF is a glucose/dextrose drink? Examples? First person who says read the stickys gets clubed like a baby seal,lol.
Glucose = sugar Dextrose = different type of sugar.
Insulin spikes help absorb the creatine faster

hmmm, can i just add it to my whey, milk, and banana pre-workout shake?
thats how i roll sometimes all toss it into a glass of juice.
