Western Digital Caviar SE16 vs. RE

    When comparing the 250GB versions, there is only a $2 price difference.

    Both drives are 16mb cache, SATA3.0gb/s,same speeds.

    The only thing different i see is the 5 year warranty for the RE vs. the 3 year warranty for the SE16.

    So whats the better drive to get since there basically the same price?

    if the RE is EXACTLY the same, with a longer warranty, go for it...

    ditch WD altogether and go with Seagate, ftw.
