has a lot of variation which is good. you might want to add another lower body day.

yeah i like the idea of rep days

i'd do regular west side crap but i really dont think doing speed work with 155 lbs is that beneficial

I'm doing it right now, I love the flexibility. There's a lower repetition day somewhere in their thread.

looks interesting. I might try it out in a few weeks instead of going to another full body routine.

Well, I didn't check the link but there was one suggestion in the thread on WS4SB II : http://www.t-nation.com/readTopic.do?id=667308

I found out that my squat were a bit lacking the week after when I wasn't doing leg presses in the weak point training (3x12).

I'm on a slow bulk right now, getting 3300 cals on training days, 2700 cals on off days. I'm one skinny(fat) bastard but also a formely fat bastard so I don't want to put on much fat. I've been on this routine for two month I think and I like it so far but I don't feel like doing max effort lifts until I hit at least 200 for reps on bench and 250-300 on squat...

    Height and current weight?

I'm actually considering something like this in the next few months... with the possible goal of trying to slowly bulk up to 185lbs unless of course I get disgusted with myself before that... which is very likely.

Because I don't think that you should only do that when you have a certain base which I don't have. I don't see the point of doing 1-3 rep schemes until I'm not a beginner anymore and also because beginners have to work on higher reps until the CNS does a decent job.
175 lbs at 6'5" :o I used to think lifting was all that mattered and that eating clean was just avoiding bad food. I didn't eat enough. Was it MacDonald that said skinny dudes think training is important and fat dudes think eating is the most important while skinny kids should focus on getting a better diet and fat dudes on getting a better routine.

I'm a big Thibaudeau fan and carb/calorie cycling is something he favors along with slow bulks (as a former fatty he knows how it works!). I'm pretty much just adding carbs around the workouts. I eat 200g of carbs on off days and 330 grams on training days which is the 500 cal difference.

i'm not saying maxing out often, but i don't see the harm in going to a max occasionally.

I'm sure the program will work, I just feel that at that level you should put more effort into eating and just building up a base with a simple program
