    Backstory: Ever since I came back from basic in December 25lbs lighter and a hell of alot weaker than I went in I've been trying to gain back my size and strength. Earlier this week I finally brought my maxes and shit back to normal, so I figure, I guess it's time to make sure I can still pass a PT Test (You need to run 2 miles in 15:sumthing to pass. My last one was 12:45).

    Process: Ran 4 miles in 28 minutes and nearly died in the process.

    Outcome: Holy shit does my everything hurt. :wtc:

    I've got another PT test in a couple weeks so we'll see how this all turns out. I wonder if it will matter that I haven't done a pushup or a situp since December...

    Well, I'm down from an easy 3 mile run to struggling to get 2 in 20...inconsistency with running owns me.
