    ...and they said no.

My milk dealer called me today and said that I could come pick up my milk. :big grin:

Can't wait to get it built, but I gotta figure out what I want to put on/in it. :run:

My dealer didn't give me a reason for the delay... what are the usual reasons? :dunno:

Is it cut for a select fire trigger group?

I believe that all of spike's lowers come with the markings for select fire.

The markings are for purely aesthetic reasons but I didn't know there was a difference between a semi-auto and full-auto lower. :o

The tax stamp IS class 3. They aren't separate.
Title II/Class III items like SBR's, FA, SBS, AOW, suppressors, DD's all require a tax stamp.
However, there are dealer and mfg'er categories too, that change some of the transfer requirements.

And per the Hughes Amendment, any post 5/19/86 select-fire may only be owned by mfg'ers, SOT's, C3 dealers, LE, Mil, etc.
    Not private citizens.

If you have a common name or someone with a similar name has a record, you may get denied while they confirm ID. I've got a clean record, and I've been denied instant check twice, had to call in and have them confirm I was me.

Nice quality lower. Not sure how I feel about the Darth Vader spider thing. What's going on top of it?

so if i found one i could legally own a Full-Auto weapon made before 86? how are people getting away with making full auto 10/22's and glocks and stuff? or is all that stuff 'under the radar'

It would have to be a registered machine gun to be legal. And the other FA stuff made after 1986 is categorized as a dealer sample and can only be legally owned by SOTs, class 3s, etc.

See the pin that sticks out to the left? It's the shiny flat spot to the right of that, that'd be the "shelf"
On an M16 lower, there'd be space there for the auto-sear assembly. On an AR, the shelf (which keeps the user from installing the auto-sear parts, IIRC) can come in different heights, depending on the manufacturer of the lower.

I'm surprised that any AR manufacturer would make lowers without the shelf then.

NO unless it's pre-ban transferable MG. ATF does not allow registration of MGs on Form 1 by individuals.

Shit, everyone would have one for 200 bux. lol
