    Saiga .410

I can't wait to shoot this thing. I went to the local gun shop the other day, and told myself if they had a Saiga I was going to buy it. They had one, so I walked out the door with it. Of course, as I was leaving the salesman said they also had one in .308. Oh well, this thing should be fun. A friend suggested I try to make a drum for it since all I have now is a 4 round mag, kinda hard to bumpfire when there's not much there.

I'd like to get one in .308. I just can't see what the big deal is about the shotguns :hs:

a magazine fed shotgun is different :dunno: I don't know that I'd buy one though, I'd rather just get a nice auto or pump.

I'd love a saiga 12, but if I get a saiga the first one will be a 16 inch barrel .308. Converted Galil mags FTW.

    No pistol grip unfortunately.

I took those pics at a friend's place in a semi-lit room, I was happy they turned out that well

if you want to get technical that is considered a pistol grip style stock but yeah, you should get a true pistol grip :o

Looks like a pretty standard shotgun stock to me. To add a normal AK style pistol grip, there's a lot of modification to do since the Saiga's have the trigger located where an AK grip normally is. It's possible to do, just something I don't have a lot of interest in messing with.

Yeah, it is, but this is what I mean:

    Pistol grip

You rarely ever see a straight stock except maybe on levers or O/U and SxS shotguns.

If they had one, that's what I would have happily walked out with. All the had was this used .410.
