Went from 18% to 11% myself, now I need help

    I'm looking to go from 11%ish to about 7% BF, I currently bike an hour a day, work out every other day (little lazy, probably an average of twice a week) and I have a decent diet (no sugar, try to eat decent protein) but nothing super strict, how can I take myself to 7% throughout the summer? I still have some fat on my body, esp love handles/ face but my Tanita says 11%

    7 is pretty fucking low, you're gonna have to eat like no carbs

    Yeah. 11% is wicked good, I'd stick with that and get stronger.
