My two favorites...
Couldn't help but selective color the ferrari eh? couple of nice shots though.
I never been a fan of selective color.
Sharp pics though.
Selective coloring, really!?
Nothing wrong with it - man you are such an asshat.
I left this thread open so I could come back and read all the selective coloring comments
I think it looks fine here
selective coloring looks weak near the right headlight/ bumper.
actually, the selective color looks weak all together, just sloppy there.
You mean the fact that I'm shooting through a fence and you see it
Cool cars. Neither of them are really strong pictures though.
First one looks like the car might as well be parked, the selective coloring is kinda weird on the passenger side front, and I really just dont dig the selective color at all.
Second one is better I think but it still just doesnt deliver much.
Shooting a road course like that though is probably a lot harder than a real track.
I had to shoot through a fence bros - that's why you see that smoke effect.
You dont see it anywhere else...
Yeah there are two fences.
The first one I'm shooting through and then the gap in the first where the flagger stands.
Selective color doesn't seem to work well here and even then it was poorly done.
How is it poorly done?
But you still only see it on that one corner of the car and it follows the corner of that car perfectly. Ive shot entire games through nets that are a lot more intrusive than a chain-link fence and I still dont get funny looking stuff like that...
But whatever. I offered my two cents and you can defend your stuff if you want. Really not worth it to me.
I'm telling that there is a fence and that is why the passenger front side has the smoggy smoke look to it.
Take a look at the Ferrari in the first pic and look at the "ghosting" edges. Besides, I don't think Black and White works with motorsports, at least on current times.
lol poor Fusion
Come on you could of done better then that.
it might be ok if you were shooting through a fence or something like that, but that doesn't seem to be the case
You could've done a more subtle selective coloring but not plain black and white.
I am no expert, but I did this.
I love selective color. I want to use it on every one of my pictures.
1st one is my new wallpaper!
Have it in 1920x1200
