First time back in a few months. Sparred a little bit and rolled with this BIG mother of a Samoan. The man was huge, I'm 6'5 200lbs, buddy had a good 3 inches on me and at LEAST 100lbs, if not more. Although he was damn powerful, he was also pretty damn slow with his striking. But what surprised me is how skilled he was on the ground. For a guy that big, I couldn't belive how bloody nimble and flexable he was. Was a damn good grappler.
Crazy stuff. But yeah, felt good to get back! Hopefully next time I go someone a bit closer to my size will be available to spar with. Though I suppose training with someone bigger than I am can have it's advantages.

I said he had 3 inches on me, and at least 100lbs. Most people would realize that I meant he had 100lbs and 3" on me. :ugh:

    :werd: I thought 6'5" + 3 inches (6'8") and 200 + 100 (=300)

You wrote it fine. As for the height, I've yet to see a really tall Samoan. I've known a few who were 6 feet by their mid teens like me but never any taller than I am (6'4")

    Thank you.

He was a freaking wall lol. I've never really met many Samoans so I don't know what is normal for them but yeah :dunno: If he could get faster with his striking, he'd be one hell of a force.

yea, samoans are insane. my little brother was friends with the barbarian's (the wrestler) sons in middle school and highschool, and those kids were bigger than me when i was in highschool.

i remember one of them, he was like 6' and 2 something only a freshman at the time. they all played football too.
