I dont even know if I want the T1i any more... that fucker is small and it and all the other rebels felt like toys. I really liked the D90 :noes:

If you really liked the D90 and all rebels felt like a "toy" then why even bother with a thread?

just stating my observations I guess. I thought I was convinced I wanted the canon but a first hand experience is essential.

this is what drove me to Nikon too.

the d80 felt worlds better than the canons, including the 30d.

image quality is pretty much a wash through all manufacturers, so you minus whale go with what feels best.

I like the Nikon's feel a bit better too, but...

Lenses cost (or at least did cost) much less for Canon and that's my biggest driving factor :mamoru:

I was in the same position as you. I was set on Canon, but I ended up getting a barely used D90 since it seemed to be the most bang for the buck at the moment. The only downside is that Sean Hannity has now labeled me a flip-flopper. :wtc:

One of several reasons why I went with Nikon too.

How it feels in your hands is a big deal, so go with the D90 if you liked it.
