    (Maybe reverse DB fly in there?)

    Thursday:
    DB Bench 10x3
    DB Incline Bench 10x3
    Preacher Curl 10x3
    Cable Curl 10x3
    DB Fly 10x3
    Hammer Curl 10x3

    Saturday:
    DL 10x3
    Seated Row 10x3
    Skullcrushers 10x3
    Close-grip bench 10x3
    Pulldowns 10x3
    Lat Pulldowns 10x3

    Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday:
    Run my ass off.

    splitting up bodyparts across the workout? why not just run the exercises consecutively

    thats the same routine that helped me lost 60 pounds and add 50 pounds on my bench in 7-8 months. It also is what my friend has gained 60 pounds on.
