Well...Wish Me Luck Brolys and Brolettes

    today i start my psmf. :noes:

    based on lyle's psmf i'm considered a cat 2.
    my specs are as follows:
    6'5"
    295 lbs
    approx 25% bf
    217.5 lbm

    i'll do this in hopes of getting at least down to the low teens in bf% if not more depending on how long i can keep my sanity.
    i want to be around the 240 range
    my diet will mainly consist of the following:

    nitrean
    on whey
    1lb chicken breast
    celery sticks
    green vegetables
    tuna fish
    egg whites
    fish oil
    multi vitamin
    milk thistle
    ec
    others as i find them

    i should be looking around approx 275 grams of protein per day.
    no more than 1400 calories.
    every sunday i'll reevaluate myself and adjust my intake accordingly.

    i'll post results if and when my goal is reached.

    Good luck - I lasted 2 days and threw in the towel. Spices go a long way in the sanity department - and flavoured water only seemed to make me crave food.

    thank God i can handle foods w/o flavor.
    i can eat my chicken breast straight w/ no seasoning
    i can eat tuna straight out the can.
    i don't like salt
    i don't like mayonnaise
    etc, etc, etc

    I was bulking, but then my friend Kelly said she's coming to Orlando, so now i have to diet to get rid of my gut

    You're supposed to up sodium to 5g/day to compensate for lack of carbs.

    i know...i'm just stating that i can live w/o it.
    it's not a "must have" for me.

    30 grams of carbs isn't sufficient?

    You're going to have some trace fats and carbs. It's nothing to worry about. Even 100 calories worth of fats/carbs is still going to leave you with a huge deficit, which is the point.
