well it's the new year, what's your resolution?

    Mine is to stop/minimize drinking and to take my training more seriously. Ease off the computer. Become more active. Stronger, leaner, faster.

    The only goal I have in my life right now, aside from getting my transmission rebuilt and back in my car, is to hit 201lb, and stay lean. I'm about 16lb out from that.

    Keep my focus on school,work, and my health. Start to build a better relationship with my parents. Also, taking each day as it comes, not worrying about what could happen in a few days, just stay focused on the present.

    2: minimum of 3.0 GPA this year

    3: break 450/300/500 on March 18th at first comp (bench raw, Inzer Z-suit for S/D)
