I've been through a lot of crazy shit the past couple months. I was lifting 4 times a week back from the beginning of the year until around June when I got a girlfriend. Continued to lift into July, then it tapered off when I just ran out of time. We broke up and have been going through shit for a while now, trying to work things out. We've just been stressed and unhappy with a lot of things. I saw how happy I was back then and wanted to bring back what made me happy, and one was lifting, so I'm back. I went back for the first time tonight. Just did some bench press, flys, squats, and leg presses. I'm already sore, I can feel it. I lost some power, but not as much as I expected. I just need to put in an order now for some more whey and Green Bulge and just get back to it hard again. I missed this shit.
