Well.....Im dieting again, plan to get down to d.around 5-6% this go around

    I started legitimately monday. Its a bit early, but its time, I got down to what I would estimate to be around 9% on 1fasts diet, but its time to see whats up and get down to those low digits, I havent gotten down under 8% since probably 05-06......

    my sources of food for this last week has been nothing but:

    chicken
    salmon
    96/4 lean ground beef
    organic buffalo jerkyy
    ON whey
    eggs
    oatmeal
    brown rice
    broccoli
    avocado
    natural pb
    almonds
    blueberries
    grapefruit
    olive oil

    I have my cheat coming up tonight (which im nervous for, dont want to do it, i get mentally nervous/guilty even though its necessary) after my leg training.

    was absolutely drained last night and had a terrible headache, other than that all has been OK.

    I estimate being 180lbs with striated glutes at 6'0. thats 25lbs to lose from here. im already down 4 this week. I am doing this 100% naturally.

    Thats about it, just felt like sharing.

    it is what it is, that muscle can be gained back in a matter of 3 weeks with whoppers and pizza LOL. im not trying to use anymore.

    theres a natural show in may that i am considering going depending on what i weight, how i look, so both.

    ill be posting pics in a few weeks when i am in the "groove" and not this weird "flat/flabby" phase you are in the first few weeks of dieting. thats when it will really start. its good to start early because you can make adjustments.

    not touching fasted cardio. i dont believe its right for me for various reasons, primarily being that i can get shredded very easily, that will just make me lose muscle. unless i find a need for it.

    i will have medium, high, low carb days but its not written in stone. i listen to my body. 1 cheat day every 5-6 days as of right now only after leg training.

    no, i didnt give up, just want to do this...like i said i havent been "shredded" for over 3 years. its not difficult coming out of depletion and gaining 30lbs in a matter of a month. and more so. and ill see about staying that low, depends how i look and feel when i get to my goal and whether i feel like hopping on a stage or not.

    :werd: you have good cutting experience it seems-- looking forward to seeing how this turns out...sub 8% is going to be tough maybe one day I'll get sub 18%

    bateman...have you ever gotten that low before? i know youve gotten pretty fuckin lean in the past, but not striated glutes lean. That's why i said youre gonna need some good luck if you want to do this natty..not trying to be an asshole, blackice. ;)
