I started legitimately monday. Its a bit early, but its time, I got down to what I would estimate to be around 9% on 1fasts diet, but its time to see whats up and get down to those low digits, I havent gotten down under 8% since probably 05-06...... my sources of food for this last week has been nothing but: chicken salmon 96/4 lean ground beef organic buffalo jerkyy ON whey eggs oatmeal brown rice broccoli avocado natural pb almonds blueberries grapefruit olive oil I have my cheat coming up tonight (which im nervous for, dont want to do it, i get mentally nervous/guilty even though its necessary) after my leg training. was absolutely drained last night and had a terrible headache, other than that all has been OK. I estimate being 180lbs with striated glutes at 6'0. thats 25lbs to lose from here. im already down 4 this week. I am doing this 100% naturally. Thats about it, just felt like sharing.
